Vacation pay is based on average miles for the year. Company Driver Benefits
Becoming a member of the Novco Inc. transportation team means
you will receive all of the following as a Company Driver. Equipment: All tractors are late model, air ride
Kenworth's and Peterbilt's, assigned to each driver. Trailers are all late model air ride too. Wages: Company drivers can earn up to
$0.44 per mile , dependent upon longevity with the
company. Competitive Benefits: We have complete health, and dental insurance programs for you and your family. Paid Vacation: You will have 1 week
vacation after one year of continuous service. This will increase up to 3 weeks
with your continuous years of service. Mileage Compensation: Mileage is computed with PC
Miler Practical mile, to give you the most accurate mileage possible. People Net Satellite: Each truck is equipped with a
satellite tracking so you, as a driver have the security in knowing you
can get help and be in contact with dispatch anytime you need to. Fuel Cards: You are given a fuel card not only for fuel purchase use, but drivers can also receive cash twice a week in advance to use for road expenses. Rider Policy: You, as a driver, can bring your spouse with you on your trips after a initial 90-day probationary period. Home Time: As part of the team, we
